About the cabin

Bring the whole crew to this 3-bedroom log-style cabin in the pines. Kids love the Secret Storm Room, where the beds sit under a glowing lightning-cloud ceiling. Grown-ups get a bright, vaulted open living room and kitchen, a two-level deck and a stone fire pit for s'mores.

The town beach is about a mile away (beach pass provided), Gunstock is a short drive for skiing, and a snowmobile trail starts at the end of the road. It feels private and peaceful but is close to everything.

No. There is no waterfront at the property. The Sanbornton town beach on Lake Winnisquam is about 1 mile away, and a town beach pass is provided.

How many people does it sleep?

Up to 9 guests in 3 bedrooms with 6 beds: a queen and 3 twins in the Storm Room, plus queen beds in Bedrooms 2 and 3. The nightly rate covers 4 guests; extra guests are $30/night each.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, up to 2 pets, for $25/night per stay. Please tell us about your pet when you inquire.

How does check-in work?

Self check-in with a smart lock. Your door code is the last 4 digits of the phone number on your booking.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes. Every room has a ductless mini-split for heat and A/C.

What are quiet hours?

10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking or vaping, no events or parties, and no commercial photography or filming.
